A Program Built Around You

The Care Center is where our parenting support comes to life. It is a long-term, relationship-based program designed to prepare you for parenthood and help you feel more confident.

When you join the Care Center, you are matched with a trained peer mentor who will meet with you one-on-one for one hour every week. Your mentor will listen, encourage you, and walk with you from pregnancy through your baby’s first nine months.

Earn While You Learn

The Care Center runs on our Earn While You Learn program. As you attend sessions and complete your curriculum, you earn Mommy Bucks, our in-house currency that you can spend in the Mommy Boutique on the things you need for your baby.

Topics covered through the program include prenatal health, infant care, safe sleep, feeding, budgeting, healthy relationships, and more. Every session is designed to give you useful knowledge that prepares you for the future.

The Mommy Boutique

The Mommy Boutique is stocked with items donated by our community and made available to clients at no cost. Using the Mommy Bucks you earn through the program, you can choose from:

• Baby clothing and essentials
• Diapers and wipes
• Maternity clothing
• Car seats
• Strollers
• Cribs and nursery items

The boutique is available to clients for the first year of their baby’s life, giving you consistent access to what you need as your baby grows.

Lunch & Learn Events

Each month, Loving Choices hosts Lunch & Learn events that bring community resources directly to our clients. Past topics have included CPR training, GED classes, and other practical skills.

These events are a no-cost, welcoming way to keep learning and stay connected to your Loving Choices community.
